Carnival Spirit, which holds over 2,000 guests, will arrive in Galveston on October 11, 2027. It will offer a mix of four-, five-, and six-day Western Caribbean cruises. Following its Alaska season, the ship will sail a unique 16-day Panama Canal journey from Seattle to Galveston, giving guests the chance to experience a full Panama Canal transit. Once in Galveston, the ship will also offer 11 10-day cruises to the Caribbean and Panama. Onboard, guests can enjoy popular spots like Guy’s Burger Joint and Alchemy Bar.
Updates for Existing Ships
The Carnival Breeze will transition to a new seven-day schedule starting in May 2027, with both Western and Eastern Caribbean itineraries that include stops at Celebration Key (Carnival’s new private destination). Special cruises include an eight-day Christmas sailing and two 14-day “Journeys” voyages.
The Carnival Jubilee, which proudly features the Texas Star on its bow, will continue to sail from Galveston with its popular six- and eight-day cruises. The six-day itineraries visit Cozumel and Isla Tropicale, while the eight-day cruises sail to the Bahamas, including Nassau and Celebration Key.
