MSC Cruises Unveils Next-Gen Thrills and Chill Zones on MSC World Asia
MSC Cruises is pulling back the curtain on its newest flagship, MSC World Asia, revealing a massive evolution in family entertainment and outdoor luxury. This third installment in the “World Class” series blends the brand’s global identity with subtle, elegant design elements inspired by Asian art and landscapes.
Setting sail on December 4, 2026, the ship will embark on seven-night Mediterranean voyages, docking in iconic ports like Barcelona, Marseille, Naples, and Valletta.
The Harbour: A Revolutionary Family Adventure Park
Building on the success of its predecessors, The Harbour makes its European debut as a multi-level outdoor district where families can eat, play, and explore from sunrise to sunset.
-
Cliffhanger: A heart-pounding over-water swing that suspends riders 164 feet above the waves.
-
Adventure Trail: A massive 6,210-square-foot ropes course featuring two “Sky Rail” zip lines.
-
The Harbour Aquapark: A high-speed water complex featuring a 90-degree vertical drop slide, dueling racing slides, and a dedicated splash zone.
-
The Tree of Life @ The Spiral: An 11-deck dry slide—the longest at sea—that transports guests from the top deck to the World Promenade in seconds.
-
New Play Deck: A fresh, open-air space designed for low-stakes fun and family bonding.
-
Harbour Bar & Bites: A convenient spot for complimentary snacks and drinks to keep the energy high between activities.

Aqua Deck District: Wellness by Day, Party by Night
The ship’s water offerings are vast, totaling 7 pools and 13 hot tubs. The redesigned Aqua Deck serves as the ship’s social heartbeat, shifting from tranquil morning vibes to high-energy evening celebrations.
Manila Bay Pool & Pearl Lagoon Bar
The main outdoor hub has been reimagined to offer more shade and versatile seating. The Manila Bay Pool is the go-to spot for active sun-seekers, featuring a lively atmosphere and easy access to the new Pearl Lagoon Bar.
Coral Cove & Coral Bar
Designed for year-round enjoyment, Coral Cove features a retractable glass roof for all-weather swimming. The aesthetic is sophisticated and ocean-inspired, anchored by a stunning “water droplet” art installation by Elisabetta Milan.
